Feed Me Friday: Grilled Chicken Shawarma

Skinnytaste's take on an easy, at-home version of chicken shawarma is marinated in a blend of inflammation-fighting spices, like turmeric, cinnamon, and garlic. Serve over riced cauliflower for an extra health boost. Here's the link.


Notes:


1. They suggest serving it over couscous. Couscous is not gluten-free. Try it with cauliflower rice, roasted veggies, atop leafy greens, or pair it with our Carrot Ginger Soup recipe. 2. The yogurt sauce is delicious if you eat dairy, but you can skip it if you don't. 3. Meat and poultry can be triggers for some people. Try to buy organic and local as much as possible if you can afford it.
