The Endometriosis Foundation of Houston (EFHou) invites you to join us for an afternoon of gentle movement, connection, and community at our Munz Floor event at Hunter Dance Center on June 8.
🧘♀️ What to Expect
We’ll begin with a private Munz Floor class led by certified coach Dawn Dippel. This slow, spiral-based movement practice is done entirely on the floor and is designed to:
Gently release deep muscle and fascial tension
Rehydrate the spine
Decrease pain, stress, and inflammation
Promote nervous system regulation
It's kind of like myofascial release, meditation, and release-only progressive muscle relaxation all rolled into one but not so tedious and with a friendly guide!
No experience required.
No need to be flexible.
No pressure to perform--just come as you are.
We’ll move slowly and intentionally, with Dawn guiding the class through a series of movements. Because the entire class takes place lying down, it’s especially ideal for anyone who doesn’t feel up to traditional forms of movement. And it's definitely not yoga!
